移动医院医疗垃圾无害化处理方法与装备研究

Research on harmless disposal method and equipment for medical waste in mobile hospital

目的:研究移动医院医疗垃圾无害化处理方法与装备,以解决移动医院的医疗垃圾处理问题。方法:分析移动医院医疗垃圾的特点以及医疗垃圾的无害化处理方法,选择热解式医疗垃圾处理技术作为移动医院医疗垃圾处理方案,并解决热解装备小型化、车载化及其烟气净化效果等关键问题和难点问题。结果:研制出了一种热解式医疗垃圾处理车用于处理移动医院的医疗垃圾,该车的性能参数能够满足环保等多项指标要求,可以满足300人/d通过量的移动医院医疗垃圾处理的需求。结论:热解式医疗垃圾处理技术及其装备能够满足移动医院医疗垃圾的无害化处理要求,具有很好的应用前景。

Objective To explore harmless disposal method and equipment for the medical waste in the mobile hospital.The characteristics and harmless disposal methods were analyzed, and thena pyrolysis scheme was proposed for themedical waste in the mobile hospital. The scheme took considerations on equipment miniaturization, vehicle mounting as wellas gas cleaning. A medical waste pyrolysis vehicle was developed for the mobile hospital, which had theperformances met the requirements of 300 persons/d casualty throughput, environment protection and etc. Thedeveloped vehicle can be used for harmless disposal of the medical waste in the mobile hospital, and is worthy promotingpractically.
