县域中学体育教师专业知识发展现状分析--以吉林省Y市为例

An Analysis of the Status of P.E. Teachers' Professional Knowledge Development in the County Secondary Schools——A case study of the teachers in the secondary school of Y city,Jilin Province

县域中学体育教师的专业知识发展水平直接关系到广大县级学校的体育教学质量。从县域视角对吉林省Y市中学体育教师的专业知识发展现状进行调研,结果发现:Y市中学体育教师的教育知识水平较高,通识性知识和学科专业知识熟悉程度却较低;Y市城乡中学体育教师的专业知识发展水平呈现显著差异,县城体育教师的专业知识发展水平优于农村体育教师的知识水平;Y市中学体育类专业教师与非体育类教师专业知识发展水平存在显著差异,体育类专业教师专业知识发展水平高于非体育类教师专业知识发展水平。影响Y市中学体育教师专业知识发展的因素是多方面的,既有社会因素,也有教师培训和体育教师自身的因素。因此,需要针对县域中学体育教师专业知识发展状况,进行有效地改进和提升。

The professional knowledge development level of the P.E.teachers in the county secondary schools is directly related to the physical education teaching quality in the county secondary schools.For this reason,the research explores the status of the P.E.teachers' professional knowledge development in Y city,Jilin province from the aspect of county.According to the result,the educational knowledge level of the P.E.teachers in the secondary schools in Y city is the highest and the general knowledge and subject matter knowledge is not familiar to the teachers.There is significant difference between the teachers in county secondary schools and the teachers in country secondary schools.There is also significant difference between the teachers whose major is physical education and the teachers whose major isn't related to physical education.And there are various influence factors of the professional knowledge development of physical education teachers,including the social factors,teaching training factors and self-factors.As a result,it is necessary to improve the development according to the status of the P.E.teachers' professional knowledge development in the county secondary schools.
