摘要 目的 :研究不同浓度乙酰胆碱 (Ach)对心房不同部位有效不应期 (ERP)的影响及 ERP的变异对心房易损性和房颤 (AF)持续时间的影响。结果 :1Ach可引起心房各部位 ERP减小 ,Ach浓度越高 ,ERP越小 ,ERP的变异(COVERP)越大 (P<0 .0 5 )。 2随着 Ach浓度增加 ,AF的诱发率增高和持续时间延长。不同部位刺激诱发 AF的持续时间无显著性差异。 3心房的易损性与 ERP和 COVERP明显相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;但 AF的持续时间只与COVERP明显相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而与 ERP无明显相关性。结论 :Ach诱发 AF的机制与心房的 ERP变异有关 ,心房易损性和 AF的持续时间也与心房的 AIM:To study the effects of different concentration of acetylcholine(Ach) on effective refactory period(ERP) of different sites of atrium and the effects of the heterogeneity of ERP caused by Ach on atrial vulnerability and atrial fibrillation(AF) duration. RESULTS:①Ach decreaded ERP of four atrial sites.As increasing the concentration of Ach,ERP of 4 sites became shorter but COVERP became bigger.②As increasing the concentration of Ach,the percent of AF induced by Ach and AF duration increasing.AF duration was no difference by pacing at 4 sites( P >0.05).③There was a significant correlation between atrial vulnerability with ERP and COVERP( P <0.05),AF duration only had a significant correlation with COVERP( P <0.05). CONCLUSION:AF induced by Ach was correlation with the heterogeneity of ERP.Atrial vulnerability and AF duration also had significant correlation with COVERP.
