互联网技术的迅猛发展对大学生社会责任感的培养提供了新的机遇,也提出了挑战。网络信息对大学生社会责任感的影响是正反两方面的。网络环境下培养大学生社会责任感须社会、学校、学生等多方面协同配合:积极推动完善网络相关立法与监督,公众网络媒体应把控主流思想;加强大学生思政建设,创新大学生社会责任感教育途径;培养大学生正确的网络价值观,提高大学生自身网络道德修养。

In the era of the rapid development of Internet technology,college students are confronted withboth opportunities and challenges in cultivating their sense of social responsibility. Considering the double-side influence the Internet exerts on college students,it's integral that several factors,including society,universities and students themselves,work together in order to raise college students' sense of social responsibility. That is to say,as to society,network-related legislation and supervision are to be improved,andpublic internet media should exercise control overmainstream opinions; for universities,the ideological and political construction of college students is to be strengthened and innovative ways to teach students social responsibility are in urgent need; in terms of students,they areliable for using networks in a morally correct manner.
