摘要
通过对聚乙烯燃气管道第三方破坏、管道曝露接受日照辐射引起老化等损伤模式进行分析,并结合TSG D7004—2010^([1])的相关检验内容,提出聚乙烯燃气管道进行全面检验时应增加强度校核和耐候性试验两个检验项目。进一步优化了聚乙烯燃气管道的检验方法,并为开展全面检验提供了一定参考。
Through analyzing the polyethylene gas pipeline damage mode such as third party damage, pipe aging caused by being exposed in sunlight radiation etc., and combining with the related inspection content in TSG D7004: 2010^([1]), this paper proposes that strength check and weathering test should be added in the comprehensive inspection of polyethylene gas pipeline. This proposal can optimize the inspection of polyethylene gas pipeline, and provide some references to the implement of the comprehensive inspection.
