随着老旧电梯数量的增多,其安全问题越来越突出,老旧电梯的安全评估显得愈加重要。制动器作为电梯最重要的安全部件,其工作性能决定着电梯的安全运行。本文主要对老旧电梯评估中遇到的有关制动器问题进行分析总结,并讨论了制动器维护中应注意的问题。

With the increase of the old elevators, their security problem is more and more prominent. Brake as the most important safety device for elevator, its performance affects the elevator operation safety. This paper mainly analyzes the brake problems encountered in the evaluation of old elevators, and discusses the problems that should be paid attention to in the maintenance of the brake.
