Accident Analysis on Material Deterioration of a WNS Boiler

本文针对一台WNS型锅炉缺水导致材质劣化、变形事故,进行了金相、硬度检测和强度校核计算,分析了锅炉材质劣化情况,最后讨论了事故发生的原因,并给予了处理意见和建议。

This paper discussed the degradation and deformation of a WNS boiler that was caused by water shortage. According to the results of metallographic inspection, hardness testing and strength calculation, we analyzed the deterioration of the boiler material, discussed the cause of the accident and finally gave the treatment suggestion.
