摘要 针对酒糟锅炉出现的对流管频繁爆管、炉排中间"炉料扎堆"等问题,首先对锅炉燃料成分,主要技术参数、结构及烟气流程进行了介绍,然后分析了对流管频繁爆管、炉排上"炉料扎堆"的主要原因,并在此基础上采取了扩大主烟道,降低烟速;技改喷料装置出口;增设余热回收换热器等改造措施。最后经效果检查,锅炉能安全稳定经济运行,同时也为同类锅炉技术改造提供了很好的参考意见。 The problems of frequent explosion of the convection tube and the burden accumulation in the grate in the distiller's grains boiler are analyzed. Firstly, the main technical parameters, structure and flue gas flow of boiler fuel are introduced; then, the main reasons of frequent explosion of the convection tube and the "burden accumulation" in fire grate are analyzed; on this basis, some measures have been taken, such as expanding the main flue, reducing the smoke speed, reforming the material spraying device outlet, adding waste heat recovery heat exchanger and so on. Finally, the effect is checked, the boiler can be safe, stable and economic operation, but also for the similar boiler technical transformation provides a good reference.
