中医学认为温病与流感有着紧密联系,临床常参照中医温病学治疗流行性感冒,温病学成为目前防治流感的重要研究方向。本文从中医的温病学角度综述了流感的病因病机、常用理法方药和常用方剂,并且进一步阐述了温病方药抗流感病毒的现代药理学研究。例如,银翘散主要药物提取物具有一定预防和治疗甲型流感病毒作用。本文还对近10年的银翘散类抗流感中药中国专利申请量情况及其发展趋势进行了深入分析。

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that epidemic febrile diseases are closely linked to influenza, and thus clinical treatment of influenza often refer to science of epidemic febrile disease of traditional Chinese medicine. Science of epidemic febrile disease has become an important research direction for the prevention and treatment of influenza. This article reviews the etiology and pathogenesis of influenza, commonly used prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine and frequently used Chinese medicine prescription from the perspective of science of epidemic febrile disease of traditional Chinese medicine, and further elaborates the modern pharmacological study of the effects of anti-influenza virus of prescriptions useful for epidemic febrile diseases. For example, the extracts of main crude drugs in yinqiao san have a certain role in the prevention and treatment of influenza A. In-depth analysis on the situation and development trend of Chinese patent applications of yinqiao san in recent 10 years are also conducted in the paper.
