Research on the Standard Support Technology of Intellectual Property Management Based on Artificial Intelligence

本文分析了《企业知识产权管理规范(GB/T29490-2013)》国家标准对信息化管理的内在显性需求和隐性需求,提出应用自然语言处理、机器学习、知识表现等人工智能技术实现标准中的需求,通过实践证明可以为企业更好地实施规范提供技术支撑。

This paper analyzes the internal explicit and implicit requirements of the national standard for enterprise intellectual property management（GB/T29490-2013） for information management and puts forward the application of artificial intelligence techniques such as natural language processing, machine learning and knowledge representation to achieve the standards in the demand, through practice that can provide better technical support for the implementation of norms.
