Research on Project Size Estimate Based on the Patent Landscaping Analysis

在进行研发项目之前,为了准确进行资源分配,需要估计项目规模。本文提供一种项目规模估计方法,用于在缺乏同类项目研发经验的情况下,通过对其他创新主体在相同项目上的专利布局进行分析,以进行项目规模的估计,从而合理安排研发人员与确定研发周期,避免资源的浪费。

Before implementing a RD project, it is necessary to estimate the project size, so as to allocate resources accurately. This paper provides a method for estimating project size by analyzing patent landscaping of similar project from other innovation entities,without the need for prior knowledge on similar project. Accordingly, RD personnel schedule can be suitable arranged, and resources are saved.
