摘要
采用壳层隔绝纳米粒子增强拉曼光谱对用传统染色方法模拟制作的茜草和化学纯茜素染色丝织品进行原位分析,得到丝织品上化学纯茜素和茜草染料的原位表面增强拉曼光谱。该方法实现了茜草染料的原位快速检测,相对于传统方法更加简便,避免了复杂的染料剥离前处理过程,在古代有机染料快速检测方面具有良好的应用前景。
Shell-isolated nanoparticle-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SHINERS) were introduced to identify natural madder in silk textile according to traditional dyeing methodologies.SHINERS spectrum of alizarin was also collected for comparison.The non-extractive hydrolysis method realized the rapid in-situ detection of madder dye on silk.It avoided the extraction of dyes from a silk textile and was much easier compared to the conventional methods.
