摘要
医德教育必须要前移到临床本科阶段。然而,临床医学生医德教育却存在教育目的异化、教育内容碎片化和考核试卷化的问题。临床医学生医德教育课程化可以使得医德教育教育目的知识传授和医德养成相统一、内容系统化和考核多元化。临床医学生医德教育课程化需要从构建理论教育和临床实践一体化的临床医学生医德教育目的体系,统一的临床医学生医德教育教学内容体系和多元化的医德教育考核体系等方面来提升医德教育的实效性。
Medical ethics education must be moved forward to clinic undergraduate phase. However,there are some problems such as alienation of education purposes,fragmentation of teaching content and assessment with examination papers in medical ethics education. Medical ethics education courses for clinical students can make knowledge explanation and nurturance of medical ethics unified,content systematic and assessment methods diversified. Medical ethics education courses for clinical students need enhance their actual effect from the perspective of building the medical ethics education purposed system of integration of theoretical education and clinical practice,uniform teaching content of the medical ethics education for clinical students and diversified assessment system of medical ethics education.
