基于静叶特性的匹配环境下CDFS性能测量方法 被引量:2

摘要 为获取核心机驱动风扇级(CDFS)与高压压气机匹配试验时的性能,提出了一种匹配环境下CDFS出口气流参数的高精度测试方案。根据匹配环境下CDFS静叶进口气流状态,结合部件环境下CDFS静叶的气动特性,通过插值间接求解CDFS出口气流平均参数,进而求得CDFS性能。结果表明:(1)该测试方案可有效评定匹配环境下CDFS性能,效率偏差和压比相对偏差不大于1%;(2)设计转速下CDFS的性能在匹配环境和部件环境下略有差异但不影响该测试方案的适用性;(3)该测试方案的准确度比较依赖于CDFS部件试验时其静叶进口气流状态域的完整性和特性数据的准确性;(4)该测试方案在组合压气机性能测试或发动机整机环境下的压气机性能测试也具有较好的应用价值。 In order to obtain aerodynamic performance of core driven fan stage (CDFS) matched with a highpressure compressor, a new measurement scheme was proposed to measure accurately the average flow pa.rameters of its outlet through interpolation of the aerodynamic characteristics of its stator in component envi.ronment according to the inlet flow condition of its stator in matching environment. Results showed that: 1)This measurement scheme can be used to evaluate the aerodynamic performance of CDFS in matching envi.ronment effectively, and the error of efficiency and pressure ratio are less than 1%; 2) At design speed, dueto the work characteristics differences of the CDFS rotor, the performance of CDFS is slightly different intwo environments, but it does not affect the applicability and accuracy of this measurement scheme; 3) Theaccuracy of this measurement scheme is highly dependent on the integrality of the inlet flow state and theaccuracy of its characteristics in CDFS component testing; 4) This measurement scheme can be applied inthe performance testing of the combined compressor or the performance testing of the compressor in engineenvironment.
