摘要
提出在浮标式气动量仪上采用多喷嘴气动直线度量针测量内孔直线度。分析和研究了多喷嘴气动直线度量针的测量原理及方法,设计制造了多喷嘴气动直线度量针及校准环。通过实例,对在浮标式气动量仪上用多喷嘴气动直线度量针测量内孔直线度的方法进行了验证。结果表明,在浮标式气动量仪上用多喷嘴气动直线度量针测量内孔直线度效率高、精度高。设计的多喷嘴气动直线度量针实用、可靠,完全满足客户要求,填补了行业的一项技术空白。
It was proposed to adopt multi-nozzle pneumatic linear measuring needle in a buoy pneumaticmeasuring instrument to measure internal bore straightness. The measurement principle and method of themulti-nozzle pneumatic linear measuring needle were investigated and analyzed. A multi-nozzle pneumaticlinear measuring needle and its calibration ring were designed and manufactured. The method of measuringinternal bore straightness with multi-nozzle pneumatic linear measuring needle was verified by means ofthe example. Instances show that the measurement of inner bore straightness by pneumatic linear measuringneedle on the buoy pneumatic measurement instrument with multiple nozzles is efficient and accurate. Thedesign of pneumatic linear measuring needle is practical and reliable, completely satisfying the require.ments of customers, to fill in the technology gap of industry.
