摘要
通过检测去除果皮(颖壳)对不同休眠程度的水稻品种(系)种子萌发的影响以及吸水速率、呼吸速率、可溶性蛋白含量、α-淀粉酶活性、可溶性糖含量和酸性磷酸酶活性变化与种子萌发的关系,探讨了水稻种子休眠特性的生理机制。结果表明:果皮(颖壳)对不同类型的水稻品种(系)种子的休眠特性有显著影响,去果皮(颖壳)后,水稻种子的吸水速率和呼吸速率都显著升高,从而有利于种子萌发;α-淀粉酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量与水稻种子的休眠程度呈负相关;酸性磷酸酶的活性与水稻种子活力呈正相关,但与水稻种子的休眠特性强弱不成比例;可溶性糖含量也与种子的休眠特性强弱不成比例。
In order to explore the physiological mechanism of dormancy charateristics of rice seed,this paper analyzes the effect of hulling(glume) on germination of different rice varieties(lines) in different degree of dormancy,and the relationships of some physiological indexes such as the water absorption rate,respiration rate,soluble protein content,α-amylase activity,soluble sugar content and acid phosphatase activity with seed germination.The results indicated that rice glume had a significant effect on the dormancy charateristics of different rice varieties(lines).After hulling(glume) treatment,the water absorption rate and respiration rate of seeds significantly increased,thus facilitated to seed germination; the α-amylase activity and soluble protein content showed a negative relationship with the degree of seed dormancy;the acid phosphatase activity was positively correlated with seed vigor,but out of proportion to the dormancy degree; the soluble sugar content was disproportionate to the degree of seed dormancy.
