腹腔镜手术结合肾上腺素水分离法对卵巢囊肿患者性激素水平及并发症的影响

The effect of laparoscopy combined with adrenaline water separation on the sex hormone levels and complications in patients with ovarian cyst

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术结合肾上腺素水分离法对卵巢囊肿患者性激素水平及并发症的影响。方法:选取2012年12月至2015年12月收治的100例卵巢囊肿患者,依据随机分配原则分为A组与B组,每组50例,A组行腹腔镜手术,B组在此基础上予以肾上腺素水分离法,统计分析术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、月经恢复时间、并发症、复发率及术前术后性激素(卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素、雌二醇)水平。结果:B组术中出血量、住院时间、月经恢复时间、并发症发生率低于A组(P<0.05),但两组手术时间、复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组术后血清卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素水平低于A组,血清雌二醇水平高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术结合肾上腺素水分离法治疗卵巢囊肿疗效确切,可减少手术创伤及并发症的发生,利于改善患者性激素水平及术后恢复。

Objective：To discuss the effect of laparoscopy combined with adrenaline water separation on the sex hormone levels and complications in patients with ovarian cyst.Methods：One hundred patients with ovarian cyst were selected from Dec.2012 to Dec.2015.All patients were randomly divided into group A and group B with 50 patients in each group.Patients in group A underwent laparoscopy treatment.Patients in group B underwent laparoscopy surgery and adrenaline water separation.The intraoperative blood loss,the operation time,the hospital stay,the postoperative menstrual recovery time,the incidence of complications,the recurrence rate,and the pre-and post-operative sex hormone （follicle-stimulating hormone,luteotropic hormone,estradiol） level of all patients were statistically analyzed.Results：The intraoperative blood loss,the hospital stay,the menstrual recovery time and the incidence of complications of group B were significantly less than those of group A （P ＜0.05）.But the operation time,the recurrence rate of two groups were similar and there was no statistically significant difference （P ＞ 0.05）.The postoperative serum follicle-stimulating hormone and luteotropic hormone levels of group B were significantly lower than those of group A,while the postoperative serum estradiol level of group B was significantly higher than that of group A （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions：Laparoscopy combined with adrenaline water separation is of good curative effect for ovarian cyst.It can effectively reduce the surgical trauma and complications,and is helpful to improve the sex hormone levels and postoperative recovery of patients.
