2014-2016年广西南宁市西乡塘区结直肠癌筛查成本效益分析

Cost-effectiveness of colorectal cancer screening in Xixiangtang District of Nanning City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from 2014 to 2016

目的依据广西南宁市西乡塘区2014-2016年结直肠癌筛查数据,探讨结直肠癌筛查的成本与效益,为推广结直肠癌筛查工作提供理论依据。方法对广西壮族自治区南宁市西乡塘区2014-2016年结直肠癌筛查成本及效益进行测算和分析。结果初筛阶段成本为2 412 340元,复筛阶段成本为991 200元,病变治疗成本为151 200元,筛查总成本约为342.62万元。筛查效益为994万元。效益成本比为2.90。结论从成本效益分析,结直肠癌筛查有益,可降低医疗成本,是一项值得推广的公共政策。

Objective To investigate the cost-effectiveness of colorectal cancer screening using the data from the 2014-2016 colorectal cancer screening program of Xixiangtang District,Nanning City,Guangxi Province. These data could provide foundation for promoting colorectal cancer screening. Methods We estimated and analyzed the costs and effectiveness of a colorectal cancer screening program performed during 2014 to 2016 in Xixiangtang District,Nanning,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Results The costs for primary screening were RMB2,412,340 and for secondary screening were RMB991,200. Costs for treatment for those with diseases were RMB151,200. Total costs for screening were 3,426,200. Total effectiveness expressed in monetary term were RMB9,940,000. Cost-effectiveness ratio was 2.90. Conclusion Colorectal cancer screening is a cost-effective program to lower medical costs. It should be considered in public policy as a promotable program.
