摘要
病种医疗质量评价克服了传统医疗指标评价的许多不确定性,已越来越为广大医院管理工作者所重视,并逐步推广运用。但病种医疗质量如何评价,设计哪些指标,怎样量化计算,尚有许多待研究探索的问题。笔者在参阅有关文献的基础上,提出病种医疗质量综合评价指数法的设想。
This article puts forward an index method for comprehensive therapeutic evaluation of classified diseases, which has been used in a sampling survey of treatment quality of eight diseases in 19 county—level hospitals in Huaiyin city. Having rationally absorbed quintessences of other qualitative and quantitative methods of quality assessment, this method, though with comparatively simpld and easy calculating formulas, is applicable to appraisal of medical services in various diseases, to lateral comparison of medical service quality in the same disease among hospitals, and therefore also to overall quality control of medical services.
