摘要
高等教育本科层次中外合作办学是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,历经三十多年的发展,已逐步成熟。通过分析本科层次中外合作办学机构及项目所在国家(地区)分布、省级区域分布、专业归属学科分布、录取分数、科研情况等质量因素,发现高等教育本科层次中外合作办学存在国外优质教育资源引进不足、区域分布失衡、办学治理主动权缺失、人才培养主体性缺失、生源质量低等问题,亟待加强内涵建设,提升办学质量。
Sino - foreign cooperative education at the undergraduate level is an important part of China ' s higher education. After more than 30 years' development, it has gradually become mature. However, through the analysis of the quality of undergraduate- level cooperative education institutions and their countries ( regions ) , the provincial - level regional distribution, the distribution of professional attribution disciplines, the scores of admission and the status of scientific research, it is found that there are some deficien- cies in Sino -foreign cooperative education, such as the insufficient introduction of foreign quality education resources, unbalanced re- gional distribution, lack of initiatives in running a school, shortage of talent cultivation, low - quality students, and so forth, there is an urgent need to strengthen the connotation construction and enhance the quality of running a school.
