摘要
为了防范数字化变电站保护装置在单一器件故障的情况下误发跳闸报文的风险,提出了一种保证智能变电站保护装置跳闸可靠性的方法。该方法以双处理系统为硬件基础,通过数据冗余校验的方式,提高保护装置防误能力,确保装置不会由于自身单一器件故障导致误发跳闸报文。通过在模拟试验平台上注入错误的方式,验证了本设计在各种关键位置发生单一故障时均能有效防止装置误发跳闸报文。同时,实际运行效果也表明,该系统能够显著增强设备防误能力,降低了变电站误动作的风险,提高系统的可靠性以及稳定性。
In order to prevent the risk of relay protection misoperation when single components failure occurring, a method to enhance the reliability of digital substation protection device is put forward. Based on dual processing system hardware architecture, this method used redundancy data check to ensure that signal unknown error will not led to tripping operation. By injecting errors in protection device at experiment environment, verified that this design can effectively prevent the occurrence of false tripping when single fault happened in various key positions. Meanwhile, the practical application results also show that the system can significantly enhance the equipment anti-maloperation ability, reduce the risk of substation malfimction and improve the system reliability and stability.
