Combination of temporal evidence by considering reliability

为了实现基于证据理论的时域信息融合,根据证据折扣思想,提出一种考虑可靠性的时域证据组合方法.首先,基于一次指数平滑法对时域证据进行失真判别,并结合基于可信度衰减的证据实时可靠性评估方法,得到相邻时刻证据的实时可靠度;然后,基于改进冲突度与不确定度得到相邻时刻证据的相对可靠度;最后,基于证据折扣准则和Dempster组合规则进行证据合成,实现时域证据的序贯组合.数值仿真与分析表明,所提方法充分体现了时域证据组合的动态性特点,具有较强的冲突信息处理能力和抗干扰能力,对时域信息融合具有较好的适用性.

To achieve temporal information fusion based on the evidence theory, in accordance with the idea of evidence discounting, a method of temporal evidence combination by considering reliability is proposed. Firstly, the distortion of temporal evidence is identified based on single exponential smoothing. According to the real-time reliability evaluation method of evidence based on the credibility decay model, the real-time reliability of neighboring time nodes＇ evidence is obtained. Then, the relative reliability of neighboring time nodes＇ evidence is obtained based on the improved conflict degree and uncertainty degree. Finally, the temporal evidence is combined sequentially based on the evidence discounting theory and the Dempster combination rule. Numerical simulation and analysis demonstrate that the proposed method fully reflects the dynamic nature of temporal evidence combination, and it has a strong conflict information processing ability and anti-interference ability. The proposed method has good applicability to temporal information fusion.
