养正消积胶囊对晚期消化道肿瘤患者生活质量及证候影响

The affect of Yangzhengxiaoji capsule on the quality of life( QOL) and TCM syndromes in advanced digestive tract malignancies

目的：观察养正消积胶囊对晚期消化道恶性肿瘤患者生活质量、中医证候的影响。方法：90例晚期消化道癌患者,随机分为治疗组（45例）和对照组（45例）,两组均给予最佳支持治疗,治疗组联合养正消积胶囊（4粒/次,tid）,连用2月,对照组为最佳支持治疗。结果：治疗组及对照组患者FACT-G量表评分生活质量改善有效率分别为71.1%、40.0%（P〈0.01）,中医症候改善有效率分别为75.5%、44.4%（P〈0.01）,治疗组生活质量、中医症候改善方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义P〈0.01,近期疗效：治疗组、对照组疾病控制率分别为73.3%、51.1%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：养正消积胶囊治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤,可提高肿瘤患者的生活质量,改善中医证候,提高患者近期疗效。

Objective： To observe the effect of Yangzhengxiaoji Capsule on life quality and TCM syndromes of advanced digestive tract cancer patient. Methods： Total ninety cases were divided randomly into control group and experimental group. The treatment group are treated with best supportive care plus Yangzhengxiaoji capsule（ 4 capsules per time,three times a day）,take it for 2 months. The control group only received best supportive care. Result： the life Quality improvement rate were 71. 1%,40% through FACT-G（ P 0. 01）. The improvement rate of syndromes of Chinese medicine were 75. 5% 、44. 4% respectively（ P 0. 01）. After treatment the experimental group can improve physical function,fatigue,insomnia better than the control group（ P 0. 01）. The short-term effects ： the disease control rate of two groups were 73. 3% 、51. 1%（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Yang zheng xiao ji capsule can improve the QOL in patients with advanced digestive tract malignancies. Yangzhengxiaoji capsule can improve syndromes of Chinese medicine and increase the clinical efficacyis of patients with advanced digestive tract malignancies.
