从中医阴阳本体结构理论对肾纤维化形成机制及治疗进行论述,认为在肾纤维化中,以炎症反应、细胞外基质异常沉积为特征的慢性病理过程与中医学＂内阳外阴状态＂渐变为＂内阴外阳状态＂的微观病理变化过程高度相似性。以温阳活血通络为基本治则的辨证论治对改善肾纤维化患者预后意义重大。

Through discussion on ontology structure formation mechanism and treatment of renal fibrosis from Yin and Yang theory,it finds out that the chronic renal fibrosis,characterized by inflammation and abnormal deposition of extracellular matrix is highly similar to the microscopic pathological changes of the internal Yang and external Yin state of Chinese medicine changing into the internal Yin and external Yang state in TCM. Syndrome differentiation and treatment based on warming Yang,activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals is of great significance to improve the prognosis of patients with renal fibrosis.
