黄芪-丹参药对通过改善肾脏血流对自发性高血压大鼠肾脏保护机制的实验研究 被引量:20

摘要 目的:观察黄芪-丹参药对通过改善肾脏血流对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)肾脏的保护作用。方法:45只SHR随机等分为5组,每组9只,分别为黄芪组(H)、丹参组(D)、黄芪-丹参药对组(HD)、缬沙坦组(X)、SHR模型组(M),9只WKY大鼠作为对照组(W)。相应药物灌胃治疗,观察黄芪丹参药对对早期肾损害相关指标、肾脏形态、肾血流及肾脏组织病理变化的影响。结果:HD明显改善SHR的早期肾损害,可降低双肾的血流阻力指数(RI),改善肾脏组织病理变化,其余各治疗组均有不同程度疗效。结论:黄芪-丹参药对能延缓大鼠肾损害的病理进程,改善高血压早期肾损害的病理变化。 Objective: To observe the protective effect of the combination of Astragalus and Salvia miltiorrhiza on the hypertensive kidney damage in SHR. Methods: Forty-five SHR were randomly divided into 5 groups,9 rats in each group,Astragalus group( H),Salvia miltiorrhiza group( D),Astragalus-Salvia Miltiorrhiza drug group( HD),valsartan group( X),SHR model group( M) and 9 WKY rats as the control group( W group). Give the corresponding drugs by gavage treatment and observe the effect of Astragalus-Salvia Miltiorrhiza on related indicators of early renal damage in rats kidney morphology,effect of pathological changes of renal blood flow and renal tissue. Results: The combination of Astragalus and Salvia miltiorrhiza demonstrated significant efficacy in the early stage of hypertensive renal damage in SHR. The couplet medicines reduced the renal vascular resistance index and improved the morphological changes of kidney tissue in different degrees. Conclusion: The combination of Astragalus and Salvia miltiorrhiza effectively delayed the pathological progress of hypertensive kidney damage in SHR,and alleviated the pathological changes of renal damage in early stage of hypertension which mechanism may be related to improving the renal blood flow.
