不同频率摩腹对脾虚家兔回肠黏膜形态学的影响研究

Effects of Different Frequencies of Abdominal Rubbing on Morphology of Ileal Mucosa in Rabbits with Spleen Deficiency

目的：通过观察不同频率摩腹法对脾虚家兔回肠黏膜形态学的影响,探讨手法频率与效应之间的关系。方法：48只新西兰家兔适应性喂养7 d后,随机抽取8只为空白对照组,其余家兔接受灌胃造脾虚模型,后将造模家兔随机分为A组、B组、C组、D组和P组（模型对照组）,每组8只。A组、B组、C组、D组分别在中脘、天枢（双）给予50~100、101~150、151~200次/min和201~250次/min频率段的摩法,模型对照组和空白对照组不接受手法操作。于手法干预后处死家兔,取小肠回肠段,脱水干燥后导电胶固定,电子显微镜观察回肠黏膜形态改变,通过比较回肠形态学变化差异以分析手法治疗效应。结果：手法干预后B组101~150次/min频率组绒毛未见肿胀,未见炎性细胞,黏膜下层结构未见明显病理改变。结论：频率101~150次/min摩法对脾虚家兔回肠黏膜有较好的修复作用,为干预脾虚型家兔最佳频率段。

Objective： To investigate the relationship between the frequency and the effect of different frequencies of abdominal rubbing on the morphology of ileal mucosa in rabbits with spleen deficiency. Methods： Forty-eight rabbits were fed for 7 days and 8 were randomly selected as control group. The rabbits received intragastric administration of spleen deficiency model. After the modeling,rabbits were randomly divided into A group,B group,C group,D group and P group（ model group）,8 rats in each group. A group,B group,C group and D group were respectively given Zhongwan（ RN12）,Tianshu（ double,ST25） 50 ~ 100,101 ~ 150,151 ~ 200 and 201 ~ 250 times/min. The model control group and blank control group did not receive any manipulation. In the way after the intervention of rabbits small intestine and ileum,after dehydration and drying of conductive adhesive fixed,change of ileal mucosa morphological observation was carried out by electron microscope. We observed the ultrastructural changes of small intestine transmission by electron microscope and analyzed the effect of manipulative therapy by comparing the differences in the morphological changes of ileum. Results： After the intervention of 101 ~ 150 group,there was no swelling,no inflammatory cells or no obvious pathological changes in the submucosa of B group. Conclusion： The frequency of 101 ~ 150 times/min rubbing technique can restore rabbits＇ ileal mucosa of spleen deficiency and is the best frequency for the intervention period.
