语言训练配合针灸应用于脑瘫患儿语言发育迟缓的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Language Training Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy on Language Development Retardation in Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的：分析研究语言训练配合针灸疗法应用于脑瘫患儿语言发育迟缓中的临床效果。方法：68例脑瘫患儿按入院时间分为观察组与对照组,每组34例患儿。给予对照组患儿实施语言训练,观察组患儿在对照组患儿的基础上加入针灸疗法。对比两组患儿的治疗总有效率、发育商得分、口部运动功能得分。结果：观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为97.05%,对照组患儿的治疗总有效率为79.41%,组间比较,差异显著,且P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。并且,观察组患儿在发育商得分以及口部运动功能得分上均显著优于对照组患儿,且P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论：使用语言训练配合针灸治疗脑瘫患儿能够显著提升治疗的总有效率,促进患儿的语言发育,使其快速恢复正常的语言功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of language training combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on language retardation in children with cerebral palsy. Methods： Sixty-eight children with cerebral palsy were divided into observation group and control group according to the time of admission. The children in the control group were given language training. The children in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group. We compared the two groups＇ total efficiency of treatment,the development of business scores,oral motor function score. Results： The total effective rate was 97. 05% in the treatment group and 79. 41% in the control group. The difference was significant（ P 0. 05） and the difference was significant（ P 0. 05）. Moreover,the observation group＇s developmentist score and oral motor function scores were significantly better than those of the control group,P 0. 05. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The use of language training combined with acupuncture in children with cerebral palsy can significantly improve the total effective rate of treatment to promote children＇s language development and quickly return the normal language function,worthy of clinical application.
