按照新标准对某无机房观光电梯轿厢导轨进行验算

Application of the New Rule to Check Guide Rail of a Machine-room-less Panoramic Lift Car

以某无机房观光电梯为例,根据GB 7588.2-201×附录C"导轨验算",对其轿厢侧导轨进行验算。验算分3种工况,分别计算每种工况下导轨的弯曲应力、压弯应力、复合应力、翼缘弯曲、挠度。通过验算校核得出,该机型轿厢侧选用T89/B导轨符合要求。

According to GB 7588.2-201X appendix C ＂Example for calculation of guide rails＂, taking guide rails calculation of a machine-room-less panoramic lift for example; the guide rails of car are checked. The flexural stress, bending stress, compound stress, flange bending and deflection of the guide rails under each working condition are calculated separately in three kinds of cases. Through checking calculation, it is concluded that the T89/B guide rail on the car is in conformity with the requirements.
