摘要
研制了一种智能型电梯运行性能测试分析系统。该系统通过对三轴加速度传感器和声级计测得的加速度和噪声信号进行滤波处理和数值分析,获得运行加加速度、加速度、速度、位移、振动和噪声等电梯运行性能参数。该系统现场操作简便,可视化程度高,准确度高。
An intelligent running performance testing and analyzing system for elevators is developed. The elevator acceleration and noise signal are measured by the three axis acceleration sensor and the sound level meter. The performance parameters such as jerk, acceleration, velocity, displacement, vibration and noise are obtained by filtering and numerical analysis. The system is easy to operate on site with a high degree of visualization and high accuracy.
