液相还原法制备纳米银线及室温烧结后性能研究 被引量:1

Synthesis of Silver Nanowires by Liquid Reduction Method and Their Performance after Room-Temperature Sintering

摘要 在聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)保护环境下,基于液相还原法通过乙二醇(EG)还原硝酸银合成纳米银线,所制备纳米银线直径50 nm左右,长度在5~15μm。分别采用透射电子电镜(HRTEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)对试样进行表征,并利用Na Cl溶液对纳米银线所制样品在室温下进行烧结处理。对烧结完成的样品进行四探针测试,得到最低电阻率为25.4μΩ·cm,满足印制电子的应用要求。 The silver nanowires with the average diameter of about 50 nm and length of 5~15 μm were synthesized by liquid reduction method through the reduction of silver nitrate with EG(Ethylene Glycol) in the presence of PVP(Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone).The prepared silver nanowires were characterized by HRTEM(High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscope) and SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope).The silver films by the nanowires were sintered at room temperature using Na Cl solution.The resistivities of samples were measured by four-probe methods,and the lowest resistivity reaches 25.4 μΩ·cm,which fulfils the requirement of most printed electronic applications.
