摘要
国内将加工完成的整套航天器电缆网产品进行热真空烘烤。而NASA在电缆网加工前,将导线、电连接器分别进行热真空烘烤试验,且试验条件与国内也存在较大差异。因此,为了摸清国内外试验条件对热真空烘烤效果的影响,开展了对比试验研究,并根据国内具体情况,对试验条件进行了调整,通过对试验结果进行比较分析,得出了合适的电缆网热真空烘烤方式及试验条件。
The thermal vacuum baking test is used for finished spacecraft harness products in domestic,while the thermal vacuum baking test is used for wires and electrical connectors before they was assembled together in NASA,and there are big different between NASA's experimental conditions and domestic experimental conditions.In order to find out the effect of test conditions on vacuum baking,the comparison test study was carried out.By comparison and analysis of the experimental results,obtain the suitable thermal vacuum baking method and test conditions.
