以全域智慧化引领杭州湾区交通发展的对策建议 被引量:1

Countermeasures and Suggestions for the Development of Hangzhou Bay Economic Zone Transportation System Guided by Macrocosm Intelligent

摘要 本文在借鉴世界著名湾区发展经验的基础上,深入分析了世界湾区交通发展的新阶段新趋势,提出要重点聚焦未来交通科技、“互联网+”共享交通、高水平互联互通、“四港联动”等领域,在杭州湾区率先开展试点示范,着力六大举措,打造全球首屈一指的全域化智慧交通发展先行区和示范区,构筑智慧、便捷、高效的湾区互联互通集成交通体系,为世界湾区交通发展提供浙江方案。 By learning from the development experiences of some international bay areas, this paper analyzed the new development trends in the transportation field over the world, and put forward several key development domains including the future traffic science and technology, "Internet plus" sharing transportation, high-level connectivity and "four port linkage". On this basis, this paper suggested that the Hangzhou Bay should propose six comprehensive measures and take the lead to carry out pilot works in china, to creat the world's leading global intelligence traffic development area and demonstration area, to construct intelligent, convenient and efficient bay interconnectivity integrated traffic system, and then to provide Zhejiang paradigm for traffic development in the world bay area.
