我国与发达国家交通运输统计调查方法的比较与启示

The Comparison on the Statistical Investigation Method for Transportation Between Developed Countries and China

本文分析了我国交通运输统计的现状及主要方法,并介绍了日本、美国等发达国家交通运输统计调查方法,通过比较找到了我国与发达国家交通运输统计调查方法上的差距,得出了完善我国交通运输统计调查方法的启示。研究表明我国交通运输行业应建立更加完善的统计调查职能管理部门,在调查中应加强专项调查,以普查工作为基础,以调查抽样为主体,以统计报表为辅助,不断完善我国交通运输行业的统计调查指标体系。

This paper analyzes the current situation of transportation statistics in China as well as the main method. Then transportation statistics survey methods in Japan, the United States was introduced. The gap in transportation statistics survey methods between China and developed countries was founded by comparison. It also implied the way for completing the transportation statistical investigation method in our country. It also indicated that China＇s transportation industry should establish more completed management functions for transportation statistics survey, and strengthen special investigation in the survey. Besides, it also take the census as the basis, and the sampling survey was take the main method for transportation Statistics survey, and the statistical report was taken as the supplement. Finally, it should constantly complete the survey index system of China＇s transportation industry.
