摘要
轨道交通网络化运营管理离不开人力资源的有效支撑和保障,而科学合理的人力资源配置则是人力资源管理的重要前提和依据。本文将通过梳理现有轨道交通人力资源配置的短板,开展优化研究,旨在有效控制用工规模,充分发挥人力资源效能,以适应网络化发展、运营企业改革发展的新形势和新要求。
The network operation management of rail transit cannot be separated from the effective support and guarantee of human resources, and scientific and rational allocation of human resources is an important prerequisite and basis for human resources management. This paper sorts out the shortcomings of the existing human resources allocation of rail transit, and carries out optimization research in order to control the scale of employment and give full play to the efficiency of the human resource, so as to adapt to the new situation and new requirements of network development, operation, and enterprise reform.
