围绕《古今录验》续命汤的药物组成、配伍规律,探讨续命汤治疗肺胀类疾病的方证、药证,分析归纳出续命汤所治之肺胀之病机属于疾病发作期因虚寒客,痰饮内伏,饮热互结证,并结合自身临床实践,指出其使用要点及加减规律,从而为临床治疗肺胀类疾病提供一定的理论依据,丰富治疗思路。

This article focuses on the composition and compatibility rules of the decoction of Xumin decoction in the＂Ancient and Modern Records＂ to explore the treatment of lung distension diseases prescriptions and medicine. Analyze and sum up the decoction treatment due to the lung distension disease belongs to the exacerbation of the disease due to deficiency of machine, retention of phlegm and fluid, drink heat interties. Combined with my own clinical practice,points out the main points of use and the rules of addition and subtraction so as to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of pulmonary swelling diseases, and enrich the treatment thinking.
