王雪峰从肺风论治儿童过敏性咳嗽探析

过敏性咳嗽是儿童慢性咳嗽的常见病因之一,其病程长、反复发作、迁延不愈,多数伴有过敏性鼻炎,严重影响了患儿的生活质量,给患儿及家属带来了极大的精神伤害和经济负担。王雪峰教授对该病的诊治经验颇丰,且有独到见解,临证时多从肺风论治,通过界定肺风的内涵、外延,探讨肺风的产生基础,提出邪引伏风、肺失宣肃及伏风伤津、肺失濡养的新病机特点。总结伏风犯肺证的临床特点,明确其证科学基础,确立了祛风止咳宣肃肺气及御风防咳濡养肺津的治疗原则,完善了适寒温,畅情志,节饮食的调护法则。

Allergic cough is one of the common causes of chronic cough in children.This disease has the characteristics of long course and repeated illness, mostly associated with allergic rhinitis, which seriously affect the quality of life of children and bring great mental harm and economic burden to patients and their families. Professor WANG Xuefeng＇s experience in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease is quite good.She has the original opinion and treats this disease from the lung wind. She explores the basis of lung wind and put forward the new characteristics of the pathogenesis which evil wind causes loss of lung divergence, descending and fluid by defining the connotation and extension of the lung wind. She sums up the clinical characteristics of the lung wind and clarify the scientific basis of the syndrome. She establishes the principles of treatment and nursing.
