周素芳从“脾虚气滞、瘀毒内结”论治慢性萎缩性胃炎经验

Experience of ZHOU Sufang in Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis from “Pixu Qizhi, Yudu Neijie”

慢性萎缩性胃炎(ChronicAtrophicGastritis,CAG)是消化系统的常见病、多发病及疑难病,称为胃癌前状态^([1])。研究表明^([2]),中医药在逆转或阻断CAG伴肠上皮化生和不典型增生的治疗过程中有一定优势。论文从现代医学对CAG的认识、中医病因病机、治法原则、处方用药、典型病例等方面,介绍周素芳教授治疗CAG的经验:认为该病以"脾胃虚弱"为本,以"气滞、血瘀、热毒"为标,治疗中重点顾护脾胃,主张补气、行气、清热不可太过。

Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common disease, frequently occurring disease and difficult disease in digestive system, be called precancerous condition of gastric cancer. Research shows that Chinese medicine has some advantages in reversing or blocking the treatment of CAG with intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia. This article will be from the modern medical understanding of CAG, etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,treatment principles, prescription medication, typical cases and so on, to introduced Professor ZHOU Sufang＇s experience in treating CAG. This disease is based on＂ Deficiency of spleen and stomach＂, and took＂ Qi stagnation,blood stasis, heat toxin＂ as the phenomenon, focused on protecting spleen and stomach in the treatment, and advocated replenishing Qi, moving Qi and clearing heat can not be too much.
