健脾益肾泄浊方联合穴位贴敷治疗早中期糖尿病肾病疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Jianpi Yishen Xiezhuo Decoction Combine with Acupoint Application in Treating Early-to-mid Stage Diabetic Nephropathy

探讨健脾益肾泄浊方联合穴位贴敷治疗早中期糖尿病肾病患者的疗效。方法:选取符合标准的糖尿病肾病患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例,对照组采用西医常规方法治疗,治疗组在西医治疗的基础上加用健脾益肾泄浊方内服,配合穴位贴敷。比较2组患者临床疗效,治疗前后症状积分、血肌酐、尿素氮、血栓弹力图参数反应时间(R)等。结果:治疗组患者临床疗效和治疗后症状积分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后血清肌酐、血尿素氮均显著优于治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组患者治疗后血栓弹力图指标R优于治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾益肾泄浊方联合穴位贴敷治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭可有效缓解临床症状体征,改善肾脏功能,改善患者血液黏稠度。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Jianpi Yishen Xiezhuo decoction combine with acupoint application in treating early-to-mid stage diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated by conventional western medicine. On the basis of western medicine Jianpi Yishen Xiezhuo oral administration combine with acupoint application were used in the treatment as addition. Results： The clinical curative effect and symptom score of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group（P0.05）. Serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in treatment group were significantly better than before treatment and control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. After treatment, the index of thromboelastography in treatment group was better than before treatment and control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of Jianpi Yishen Xiezhuo decoction and acupoint sticking can effectively alleviate clinical signs and symptoms,improve renal function and improve blood viscosity in early and middle chronic renal failure.
