益肾蠲痹丸配合中药热奄包等综合治疗寒湿留注型膝关节滑膜炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Yishen Juanbi Pill Combine with Chinese medicine Hot Election Bag in Treating Hanshi Liuzhu Type Knee Joint Synovitis

目的:观察益肾蠲痹丸内服配合中药热奄包外敷等综合疗法治疗寒湿留注型膝关节滑膜炎的疗效。方法:将符合标准的81例寒湿留注型膝关节滑膜炎患者随机分为2组。对照组40例进行膝关节穿刺,抽取积液后注射醋酸曲安奈德+利多卡因,并加压包扎;治疗组41例在对照组的基础上给予益肾蠲痹丸内服和中药热奄包外敷治疗;2组疗程均为4周,观察比较2组临床疗效、视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)和膝关节功能评分(Lysholm评分),以及C反应蛋白(CRP)和血沉(ESR)水平,并进行统计学分析。结果:2组患者治疗后,对照组总有效率为55.56%,治疗组总有效率为92.68%,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在VAS和Lysholm评分以及CRP和ESR水平上较治疗前有明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾蠲痹丸内服配合中药热奄包外敷等综合疗法治疗寒湿留注型膝关节滑膜炎临床疗效明显,值得临床同仁推广。

Objective： To observe the effect of Yishen Juanbi pill combine with Chinese medicine hot election bag in treating Hanshi Liuzhu type Knee Joint Synovitis. Methods： A total of 81 patients with synovitis of alopecia areata were randomly divided into two groups. In the control group, 40 cases were treated by knee puncture, and after the ef- fusion was withdrawn, triamcinolone acetonide＋lidocaine acetate was injected and pressure-packed. In the treatment group, 41 cases were treated with Yishen Tiabi Pill orally and Chinese herbs Heat packs external application therapy. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical curative effect, visual analogue scale （VAS score）, knee function score （Lysholm score）, C-reactive protein （CRP） and erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） was analyzed. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate of the control group was 55.56%, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.68%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The VAS and Lysholm score, CRP and ESR levels were significantly improved compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yishen Juanpi pill orally with traditional Chinese medicine such as heat package treatment of alopecia areata clinical observation of knee joint synovitis clinical efficacy is worthy of clinical colleagues to promote.
