Like any other developing countries which face chronic challenges in the management and provision of basic amenities, Ghana continues to strive to improve access to pota ble water for its 28 million people. Safe Water Network, an interna tional NGO with an office in Ghana, estimates that more than 10 million people in the country lack access to safe water.
