再生粗骨料对钢筋混凝土之间粘结性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 研究再生混凝土与钢筋之间的粘结滑移性能,是再生混凝土推广应用的基础工作之一。通过拉拔试验,进行72个再生混凝土试件的拔出试验。基于试验结果,分析再生粗骨料取代率、钢筋的锚固长度、钢筋类型和钢筋直径对再生混凝土与钢筋之间的粘结性能的影响。得到随着再生粗骨料取代率的增加,再生混凝土与钢筋之间的相对粘结强度提高的结论。最后根据实测的荷载滑移曲线的结果,拟合出适用于再生混凝土与钢筋之间的粘结滑移本构关系表达式。 The research of the bond-slip between recycled concrete and rebar is one of the foundation work of the popularization and application of recycled concrete.In order to study the bond-slip relationship between recycled concrete and rebar,72 reinforced recycled concrete test specimens were conducted by means of pull out test..Based on the test result,the load-slip curves between recycled concrete with different recycled coarse aggregate replacement percentages、the anchorage length、the diameter of rebar and the different types of rebar were recorded,and the bond strength was investigated.According to the result,the relative bond strengths increased with recycled course aggregate replacement.Finally,the bond-slip constitute equation was constructed according to the curves recorded.
