论商业住宅设计的民俗文化要素——以石库门为例

Folk culture elements of commercial housing design:In case of Shikumen

上海石库门的发展过程与海派民俗文化的形成过程基本同步,它们互为渊源,互相影响,互相促进,一起走向成熟。石库门曾经只是一种旧上海的普通商业住宅,但如今已经成为了海派文化的名片。石库门的生命力来源于他所扎根和塑造的海派民俗文化。当前国内的商业住宅以市场和商业文化为设计导向,对地域文化的漠视导致了国内千城一面的格局。创造中国当代建筑样式是几代建筑师追求的目标,当下商业住宅的设计可以从石库门建筑中获得一些启示,将民俗文化作为设计理念的构成要素。

The Shanghai folk-custom and Shikumen came into being simultaneously.Today,Shikumen has become the representative of Shanghai culture.But in the past,it was an ordinary style of folk housing.The vigor of Shikumen comes from Shanghai folk-custom.At the same time,Shikumen shaped Shanghai folk-custom. When desining Chinese commercial housings,contemporary architects aim at commercial culture,ignore Chinese local folk-custom.this leads to the similarity of modern Chinese city style.Contemporary architects should learn from Shikumen,synchronize folk-custom into commercial housing desing.
