摘要
失重可一定程度抑制人体与周围环境的热交换,对人体生理、心理均有很大影响。为研究模拟失重对大鼠生理指标的影响,采用大鼠尾部悬吊法建立模拟失重模型,将28只健康SPF级雄性SD大鼠随机均分为模拟失重组(实验组)与参照组。实验环境温度23±1℃,历时7天,每日对大鼠体重、胸部温度、直肠温度进行监测,7天后同时取2组大鼠血样测定血常规、血生化、血液流变性中41项指标,并进行统计分析。实验结果表明:模拟失重可导致大鼠体重增长受抑制,胸部温度、直肠温度上升,会不同程度地影响血常规、血生化、血液流变性等指标。
Heat exchange between the human body and environment could be smothered by the weightlessness which has great influence on physiology and psychology of human.To study simulated weightlessness effected on some physiological indexes of rats,28 male SD rats were divided into tail suspension(TS)and control group evenly and raised at the ambient temperature of 23±1 ℃ by adopting the tail suspension,respectively,for 7days.Body weight,chest and rectal temperature were measured everyday,while 41 indexes of blood routine,biochemistry and rheology were tested finally.The results showed the inhibition of normal weight growth,increase of chest and rectal temperature and different variation degree of blood routine,biochemistry and rheology indexes could be initiated when exposed to simulated weightlessness.
