一种新结构预埋槽道热铆接模具

摘要 在预埋槽道生产制造中,预埋槽道开口向下穿入热铆接模具的下模,加热后的铆杆从槽道上端穿入并定位,将工件送入模具型腔后,内滑块实现长度方向的定位。上模下行时,夹紧机构首先将槽道和铆杆夹紧,尔后夹紧机构连同槽道、铆杆一同下行,铆杆的端部顶在下模上产生变形,实现铆接过程。 In the production of preburied channel,the shedding of the buried channel is down into the lower die of the hot riveting die, the rivet rod after heating is penetrated and positioned from the upper end of the channel;when the workpiece sending into the die cavity, the inner slider realized the position of direction and length. When the upper die is down, the clamping mechanism first clamps the slot and the rivet rod, then the clamping mechanism with the channel and rivet rod, goes down together. The end of the riveting rod is deformed on the lower die to realize the riveting process.
