摘要
冲压件废料再利用是降低冲压件采购成本的重要途径,有效的废料利用可以减少钢材采购量,同时也能大大降低钢板原材料订货、存储等管理成本。冲压件废料再利用是一个系统工程,需要组建一个跨部门协作团队,着眼于整个供应链成本优化、效率提升的改善,从原材料采购、零件加工、货款结算等相关环节入手,实现降本增效的业绩目标。本文通过某车型后纵梁废料再利用方案实施步骤的详细介绍,可对其它冲压件废料再利用提供参考。
The efficient recycle of stamping scrap metal is an important approach to reducing the purchase cost of stamping part, which can not only reduce the metal purchase, but also seriously decrease the cost of the order and store of metal material etc. It is a system engineering in order to accomplishing the performance index that a cross-department coordination team need to be established to optimize the cost of the whole supply chain and increase the efficiency by controlling the related link, containing material purchase, metal processing, loan balance, etc. This paper detailed the process of the recycle of rear- sill scrap metal based on some automobile, which will provide a reference for the recycle of the other stamping metal scrap.
