善得定治疗食道静脉曲张破裂出血108例临床疗效观察

THE CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON TREATMENT OF ESOPHAGEAL VARICOSIS RUPTURE HEMMORHAGE WITH SNDOSTATIN

目的 探讨善得定对食道静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效。方法 采用临床对照的设计方案 ,对 10 8例肝硬化合并食道静脉曲张破裂出血病人进行研究 ,治疗组接受善得定治疗 ,对照组接受垂体后叶素治疗。结果 治疗组与对照组在止血时间、止血效率及输血量有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of sandostatin on esophageal varicosis rupture hemorrhage.Methods 108 patients with esophageal varicosis rupture hemorrhage of live cirrhosos were divided into two groups randomly.One group were treated with sandostatin,the control were treated with vasopressin.Results There were significant differentces on the time and efficiency of arresting blood and volume of transfused blood between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Sandostatin is the first choice medicine for the patients with esophageal varicosis rupture hemorrhage.
