对农用卡车油箱进行成形工艺分析及相应参数的计算,在此基础上进行模具设计。首先对制件进行成形工艺分析并计算工件毛坯的尺寸,再确定拉伸工序,最后进行模具设计。叙述了卡车油箱拉伸模的设计过程,为类似盒形零件的模具设计可提供借鉴和参考。

According to the process analysis of the farm truck oil tank and the calculation of the corresponding parameters,this paper carry out the die design. First, analysis the parts and calculate the size of the workpiece, then determine the drawing process, finally, carry out the die design. The design process of the drawing die for the truck oil tank is described, it can be used for reference for the die design similar to box shaped parts.
