弹板滑块侧向抽芯机构设计

Design of Side Core Pulling Mechanism for Projectile Plate and Slide Block

原模具在进行侧向抽芯时,抽芯机构会与动模镶件产生干涉,不能正常进行抽芯。通过改进设计辅助结构即弹板+滑块,模具可顺利完成侧向分型,实现模具自动抽芯,成型后的塑件达到客户要求。

This paper described a special slider, there is interference with the rear mold insert when the mold is opened and lateral core pulling could not be carried out normally.In order to complete the lateral classification, the mold automatic core pulling, the plastic parts to meet the customer requirements,the design of a special auxiliary structure （projectile plate）is put forward.
