摘要
以葛洲坝电站东电机组缸盖与转轮体连接螺栓拉伸为例,综合分析了螺栓拉伸值的各种可能的影响因素,并进一步从拉伸值测量方面分析了可能存在的误差,为后续螺栓拉伸提供借鉴和参考。
Taking the DEC unit in Gezhouba Hydropower Station as an example, the influencing factors of the stretching value for the connecting bolts between the unit cylinder head and the runner are analyzed. Considering the measurement of the stretching value, possible errors are discussed. The results could provide useful reference for the subsequent bolt stretching process.
