为厉行勤俭节约、反对铺张浪费,中国三峡集团基层一线办公室,结合大型水利水电工程现场实际,从完善管理制度和组织机构、做好公务接待事前准备充分、事中服务细微、事后总结改进"三阶段"管理等方面努力推进基层一线公务接待规范化、标准化管理、全过程控制,为创建乌东德水电站"十三五"创新型示范工程提供后勤服务。
The management of the official reception work for basic-level frontline offices in state-owned enterprises is dis- cussed with a case study of Wudongde Hydropower Station. The experience of standardized management and whole process control of the official reception is summarized. Considering the actual in-situ conditions of large-scale hydropower project, a three-stage management mode is adopted, i.e. full preparation in advance, considerate service during the re- ception, and summary and improvement after the reception. Thus, the target of promoting the diligence and frugality and fighting against the extravagance and waste could be achieved. It also provides a solid basis for the station to establish the innovative demonstration project.
